The Erosion Company offers optional text-message updates to customer and job-site contacts. Messages provide erosion-control crew arrival and work-start updates, work-completion and crew-departure updates, and optional service-feedback requests.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services. A mobile number already stored in our systems is not treated as consent.
Primary opt-in method: public website form
Contacts primarily opt in using the public Text On Arrival Site Manager Consent Form.
- The contact enters their first name, last name, mobile number, email, company, state, and job site.
- The contact reviews the SMS consent disclosure displayed directly above the checkbox.
- The SMS checkbox is unchecked by default. The contact must actively check it and then select Submit Consent.
- The Erosion Company records the submitted contact and site information and maintains the contact’s SMS subscriber status.
