What type of work does TEC’s Developer Services do?
We focus on punch out and remediation work for graders and developers. If you’ve got site remediation work to be done that doesn’t involve hazmat, we can help.
We also do land clearing on sites 10 acres or less, since these projects are usually too small for graders to touch. Developer Services is designed to assist graders and developers where they need help, not compete with them.
Wait, you guys do grading work? I thought you were erosion control contractors.
Yes, we are erosion control contractors.. Graders and developers are our clients, not our competition.
Our Developer Services Division assists them by remediating issues and tackling smaller projects that would otherwise pull them off of larger and more lucrative jobs.
Can Developer Services help me knock out a small project?
Yes. Whether your punch list is five items or a hundred, we’re ready to help.
Or if you’re struggling to get a small lot cleared (under 10 acres), we can help with that, too.
